The Tormalina Watermelon (anguria in italiano) is a variety with a strong color zone that recalls, precisely a watermelon: in the center the crystals are pink/red, rich in manganese, while the outer portion is green, rich in elements such as iron, vanadium and chromium. The area is caused by geochemical changes during the formation of crystal.
