Description
The Dumortierite It is a silicate iron and aluminum boron with colors vary from blue to violet. It takes its name from the French paleontologist Eugene Dumortier.
Normally it can be found in a massive form and as an accessory mineral in certain rocks, sometimes small blue patches in the quartzite.
