Description
The schalenblenda it is a rare gem composed of a set of minerals called sulphides, mainly from sphalerite (zinc sulfide), pyrite and Marcasite (Iron sulfides), Galena (lead sulfide), enclosed in concentric layers that in section create intricate and suggestive designs from the warm colors ranging from light cream, to yellow, to brown, up to black, with SERICEA shine, and sometimes with small crystals with metallic shine.
